About BodyTruth

Most of what people believe about their bodies — especially the private parts — came from playground rumors, awkward silence, or pornography. None of those are reliable teachers.

BodyTruth exists because everyone deserves access to honest, accurate, shame-free information about sexual health. We use real research, cite real sources, and write in a voice that actually makes sense to read.

What we do

Why Arabic?

Arabic-speaking communities have some of the highest private search volumes for sexual health topics — and some of the lowest quality content available. The taboo is real, the misinformation is rampant, and the need is enormous. We're here to fill that gap with accurate, culturally respectful content.

Our standard

Every claim on this site is backed by published research from institutions like the WHO, NHS, Mayo Clinic, or peer-reviewed journals. We don't guess. We don't sensationalize. If the evidence is unclear, we say so.
